Golden Rules for a good cup of Ahinsa Tea

Some like it hot, some like it not.

Whatever your preference, there are golden rules to follow in preparing your Hot or Iced Tea. Enjoy it with Ahinsa Tea by following the golden rules:

HOT TEA

  • Rinse a pot with boiling water
  • Put in one teaspoon of Ahinsa Tea per person and one extra for the pot
  • Add sufficient fresh boiling water
  • Cover the pot with the lead and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes
  • Pour golden reddish color tea to a cup through a strainer
  • Add sugar, milk or lemon as desired

ICED TEA

  • Prepare hot tea according to the above procedure but with double the strength
  • Pour tea into ice filled glasses
  • Allow the melting ice to dilute the tea to serving strength
  • Serve with sugar, lemon, lime or mint as desired

Another way is to take 2-3 Ahinsa Tea bags and put into a clean colorless container filled with very good quality filtered water. Keep the container in the sun until the water becomes golden reddish color. Serve tea in an ice-filled glass. Add lemon, mint or sugar as desired.

Please blend the spiritual and altruistic value of AHINSA as you sip the tea.
